The purpose of the Star Valley Arts Council shall be to present quality cultural and fine arts performances that appeal to people of varying ages, interests, and backgrounds; to provide and support educational opportunities; to develop local talent and artistic appreciation for both visual and performing arts; and to advocate for the arts in Star Valley.
